Nike Flyknit & HTM

While we're on the subject of knitted sneakers (see below), we thought we'd quickly mention that this weekend sees the launch of the latest chapter in the HTM Flyknit collaboration project, with the release of the Nike HTM Flyknit Chukka...

The whole Flyknit project has spawned possibly the biggest sneaker-inspired art project in history (more to come on that soon), and the ongoing Flyknit shoe collaborations between Nike (Tinker Hatfield and Mark Parker, the 'T' and 'M' in HTM respectively) and Fragment Design founder Hiroshi Fujiwara (the 'H' in HTM) cement the shoe's innovative and iconic status.

A new Flyknit silhouette, the Nike HTM Flyknit Chukka appears in two colourways, both with a winter-inspired palette. The first blends natural tones of grey and blue with a white highlight detail, with the second (shown top) featuring a subtle mix of grey and white.

The Flyknit Chukka will be available in the UK from 2 February 2013 at Dover Street Market and the Nike 1948 store in London
