Field & Nike
As part of last year's Nature Amplified exhibition (see our original piece on the event here), Nike also commissioned digital art specialists Field to produce a series of four animations to help celebrate the launch of the Nike Hyperfeel shoe...
As we were fortunate enough to see Nature Amplified in person (as well as having a quick conversation with Field themselves), we've been meaning to post Field's animations on the blog for sometime. Each of the films aimed to capture the feeling of running in the Hyperfeel shoe over various terrains. As shown below, and in order of appearance, the animations are entitled A Run Through the Hood, A Run on the Beach, A Run in the Woods and A Run in the Park.
As you can see, the films are both stunning and beautifully executed - with each terrain's elements eventually forming the silhouettes of an individual runner. The animations were shown across multiple screens at Nike's 1948 space in London, alongside the Hyperfeel shoe itself.
