Art&Sole

Produced especially for Art & Sole, the fifth in our series of limited edition screen prints is by French artist Geneviève Gauckler. Entitled Elevation, the artwork features a figure wearing a jetpack and some 'powerful' sneakers. 'The figure is ready to press the button and fly,' explains Gauckler, 'with sneakers that are perfectly suited for such a thrilling adventure. It’s important to feel well grounded before leaving the ground!' 

To enhance the futuristic theme of the piece, the artwork has also been screenprinted on to a metallic silver paper using opaque white, black and purple inks.
